BICYCLE WORKSHOP | "Aisance à Vélo" (7-10 years)
AIRE-SUR-LA-LYS
Accompanied and supervised by Sylvain, a qualified cycling instructor, come and improve your cycling and gain in confidence! You'll learn how to check the essentials before riding (FRED method) and how to adjust your helmet properly. Through fun exercises, you can practise slaloms, changes of direction and direction finding, learn to ride without support and overcome small obstacles. You'll also discover different braking techniques, from progressive braking to emergency braking, while having fun with games like bike limbo.

Day cruise with meal at Aire-sur-la-Lys

Enjoy a day on board the river yacht "Le Merveilleux". Choose your package and discover the pleasures of river cruising in the company of Ludovic, your captain, and his wife Christèle. On board, you'll enjoy breakfast, an aperitif, your choice of main course and an afternoon snack throughout the day. A menu of drinks and sweet snacks is also available.
